Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, we are not able to offer our patients a Covid booster vaccination at the Royal British Legion as originally planned.
However, we are pleased to confirm that the Kennet Centre in Newbury will be offering our patients a Covid booster vaccination. Please see points below:
- Our patients will receive a text message or letter, 6 months after their 2nd Covid vaccination, inviting them to phone NHS 119 to make an appointment for their booster vaccination.
- As a guide, patients who received their 2nd Covid vaccine at the beginning of April will receive a text or letter from this weekend.
- Patients will be offered the choice of the Kennet Centre or another Mass Vaccination Centre if they prefer.
- Patients should not phone 119 until they receive an invitation.
