Eastfield House will be updating our telephone system to help improve the service we offer to our patients. Installation of the new phone system will take place on Tuesday 10th November and engineers will be onsite throughout the day. However, we will experience some downtime at some point during the course of the day while the lines switch from the old system to the new. This downtime is unavoidable and has to be done during working hours.
If your call is a medical emergency please call 999. Alternatively NHS 111 may be able to deal with your call.
