An Update on our Telephone System

We have, very recently, changed telephone providers but unfortunately we are experiencing some teething problems and not all calls are being re-routed correctly.

Some patients have advised their calls are looping and going back to the recording which give the options rather than getting to speak to one of the surgery team directly.

We understand how frustrating this must be but please be assured that we are looking into these problems with the provider and are resolving and improving as quickly as possible.

Please do bear with us during this period. If you are having trouble getting through by telephone then we would ask that you send us an email to burdwoodsurgery@nhs.net – this email account is regularly monitored and we will respond.
