Medication home delivery update

MEDICATION HOME DELIVERY SERVICE END: In conjunction with the end of the national isolation period for shielded patients, our medication home delivery service will be ceasing in the final week of July. We are no longer accepting new requests for home delivery.

If you have been receiving medication home delivery, deliveries will continue up to and including the final delivery date for your village (see below). After these dates, you will need to arrange collection of your medication from the pharmacy or usual collection point. If you require ongoing home delivery you must arrange this yourself with a trusted relative, friend, or neighbour; the practice and pharmacy will no longer be coordinating home deliveries. Please note that after the below dates, all medication collections must be made within normal pharmacy opening hours. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact our team.

Final village delivery dates:

Tuesday 28th July – Chaddleworth, Peasemore, Brightwalton, Leckhampstead, Boxford.

Wednesday 29th July – Compton, West Ilsley, East Ilsley, Lilley, Farnborough.

Thursday 30th July – Hampstead Norreys, Curridge, Winterbourne.

Friday 31st July – Chieveley, Hermitage, Beedon, Yattendon, Frilsham.

On behalf of The Downland Practice, thank you to all the volunteers who have given their valuable time during the COVID-19 pandemic to support our patients and staff.
