Dear Patients

We would like to apologise for any miscommunication regarding the surgery being closed yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 8th November.

Unfortunately the telephone message to inform patients that the surgery was closed, and for patients to call NHS 111 for medical assistance, was not applied correctly to telephone recording. This may have resulted in delays in receiving appropriate health advice.

We would like to reassure you that the matter was resolved and our processes for future closures has been rectified to ensure this does not happen again.
