Vision online services will be terminated on Wednesday 26th August due to our migration to a new IT system on the 27th and 28th August.
For those patients who are already registered online with Patient Services , you will shortly receive an email from the surgery with instructions on how to re-register with EMIS Patient Access.
For patients wishing to register for online services for the first time, we will be providing a link in September once we have migrated fully to the new IT system.
You will still be able to submit an online prescription request by using our manual form:
- Go to the Prescriptions room
- Request medication online
- Say no to ‘Are you registered for online services?’
- Complete the manual prescription form and submit
Due to Covid restrictions, there are currently no appointments to book online.
