Did you know Thatcham Medical Practice is now part of the West Berkshire Primary Care Network (PCN)?
We plan to develop our PCN over the next few years to make it easier for you to see the right health care professional in the right place and at the right time.
We have recently teamed up with Burdwood Surgery and Falkland Surgery and will be working together to improve our health and social care services and providing more of them closer to your home.
This means that, over time, you may have easier access to things like a clinical pharmacist, physiotherapist, Community Mental Health team, Paramedic or Social Prescriber.
They will be on hand to help with a wide range of social, emotional, mental health and wellbeing issues and they will work together with the GPs in our Network to give you a more joined up care service.
