What is Anima?
Anima seamlessly and confidentially integrates with your medical record bringing improvements to how you access care and appointments and how our staff assess your condition. While you are still able to call the surgery, the online triage form through Anima will ask you the same questions, streamlining the process. This is another option for our patients to use to contact us about a medical problem, admin request or ask a simple question.

- Click on the Anima tab and create an account or login if you already have an account.
- If you do not have access to the internet, please call 01635 41495.
- Your request will be dealt with by a member of our clinical team.
- We will contact you with an appropriate plan for your problem.
Making an Appointment with Anima
Anima is open from 7:30am.
All requests are triaged by a GP. The triaging GP will ensure that you are offered an appointment with the most appropriate clinician at the appropriate time or signpost you to other providers such as the community pharmacy, social prescriber, sexual health clinics or community physio.
If you do not have internet access or a smartphone/tablet or computer, you can call our reception team on 01635 41495 who will complete a request on your behalf.
Please be aware that our reception team will ask you questions, like those on the online form. Providing our reception team with as much information as you can ensures that you are seen by the appropriate clinician at the appropriate time.
